Jean-Marc Laouchez

Jean-Marc Laouchez is a Hay Group Managing Director, based in New York City. He manages Hay Group’s global financial services business, leading over 200 consultants to help corporate and retail banks, insurance companies and asset managers improve their performance. Over 20 years of consulting experience, Jean-Marc has partnered with a number of boards, CEOs and business leaders to design and implement their strategies in multiple geographies. He is passionate about integrating hard and soft capabilities to achieve exceptional and sustainable results. He specialises in board governance, large scale transformation management, M&A and leadership effectiveness. He also mentors and coaches several CEOs and facilitates the alignment of senior executive teams. Prior to joining Hay Group, Jean Marc was Brazil CEO and first global partner-elect of Axialent, a leading-edge corporate culture consulting firm. He also worked at McKinsey & Co. for seven years. Before his consulting career, Jean-Marc was a private banker and international controller at Banque Indosuez, now Crédit Agricole.
