Vincent Milich is a senior principal in the reward practice of Hay Group’s Metro New York office. He specializes in total reward strategy, working to translate business objectives into compensation plans that effectively motivate staff, support business success, and align behaviors throughout the organization. He has consulted in the areas of job family modeling, work process design, executive compensation, organization and job design, competency modeling and applications, organization development, job evaluation, employee surveys, talent management and leadership development. Mr. Milich earned his B.S. in Psychology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and Master’s degrees from the School of Education at Harvard University and the School of Industrial Labor Relations at Cornell University.
